Hotel is excellent- however the access to the hotel could be cleaner. Even though the access doesn't belong to the hotel- they could help clean it up.
Also, the infrastructure could be maintained better. For e.g.- flush handle was broken, floos tile was coming out.

Great little Riad in the heart of Fes Medina, our host Reda and his team were always willing to show us around. They ensured we had a nice stay, would recommend this place to escape the hustle and bustle of the streets. The only missing was A/C in the room but we had a fan so it wasn't too bad.

We loved it here! The riad is beautiful and everyone working there was helpful and patient. The medina is fabulous-our favorite in Morocco-and the Dar 7 is located deep within -be sure to arrange for someone from the hotel to meet you outside the gates. We only had a reservation for one night and wanted to stay for another night-there was no room here but the manager and staff worked hard to find us a comparable riad nearby. So helpful!! I highly reccomend!

We loved it here! The riad is beautiful and everyone working there was helpful and patient. The medina is fabulous-our favorite in Morocco-and the Dar 7 is located deep within -be sure to arrange for someone from the hotel to meet you outside the gates. Our train from Marrakech was badly delayed so we arrived at Dar about 3 hours late. Nevertheless we were welcomed with mint tea and real friendliness. We got a Moroccan sim card for the phone earlier on, so we phoned the Dar while on the train. The Dar itself is quite difficult to locate, even after two or three forays to the local markets and souks. However everyone without exception was friendly and helpful and several people went out of their way to help us get our bearings.

The owner and staff are really friendly! Food is fantastic and they go out of their way to help you. They are also great with kids. Can't complain about anything.
