Really disappointed. Stayed here numerous times. Found a few baby roaches crawling in the bathroom. There was someone I dont believe had a room hanging around the front outside with beer and then also inside the hot tub with beer. Annoying for my little girls who want to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The room didnt have extra bedding for the pullout bed. I would add photos but the app wont let me

Upholstery on sofa bed in room was worn all the way through. Bed was not comfortable. Won’t be staying here again.

My stay was great! The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean everyone had a smiling welcoming face! Definitely will be back!!

Check in was okay the clerk had an issue with my reservation at first and almost charged me twice as I had paid my reservation up front. The next day I called before 2pm for not full room service but for my trash to be picked up and a couple towels. They never came so I went downstairs and was given towels and was told to put my towels and trash by the door. The fridge also wasn’t keep my drinks very cold. I arrived Friday and checked out Sunday. My drinks never got fully cold, they never came to my room my trash and old towels sat outside the entire stay. Other than that nice indoor pool.

The elevator down button did not work.
I walk the stairs and the same hair ball has been on the stairs for the last 3 weeks. In the last 3 weeks I have stayed there 3 times.

It was a good experience it always is I would say just please check the door hinges my room was 220 it seems if someone wanted to get in could off with no effort. Everything else was perfect I love staying here

NEEDLESS TO SAY...i didn't sleep abit, i barricaded the door with furniture, I was so terrified.
.i checked out the next day & went to a much better, safer, cleaner place & loved it!

Property was clean and safe. Room was big and comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed.

Fridge did not work and they just said it is what it is and did not try to fix or replace with a working one. For breakfast. People coming off the streets are allowed to come in so lines are super long. By the time we got up there all the food was gone :(

I get anxieties when booking reservations for hotels due to previous bad experiences. It was my first time traveling to Midland and staying at the Comfort Suites. Once i walked into the lobby I was very impressed with the atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel. I had my fingers crossed that the room was going to be as nice as the lobby was. Thank you Comfort Suites for making my stay feel so relaxed.
