This exceeded my high expectations. Everything is new and kept immaculately clean. The room was gorgeous. It was just me and my dog, but my whole family would have been able to stay in the room. Close to food and the mall, about 5 miles off 95

The only thing I did not liked is that I have to ask for clean blankets, since the ones in the bed did not seemed cleaned. Other than that the room was cleaned, and customer service was a plus. The breakfast was good and they kept areas clean and replenished food.

The hotel looks brand new. The rooms are very clean. The bed was comfortable. I will stay at this hotel in the future if the chance arrives.

The young lady who checked me in did not check me in correctly, then later on within the day, I was told that I may have to leave due to the incidental fee not being included in payment, which was the clerks fault for not doing her job! Then the following day a tall black guy belonging to the LGBTQ community was very un professional when I asked for pool passes for me and my son's. I was told the pool was shut down due to someone getting into the pool and they were not clean, then I go to the pool area and 2 guest are still in the pool! But for me and my son's we were denied access. I will never stay at that location ever again! The customer service was the worst by far.

I had a question about where to eat - a full list was made available, we drove down from Boston and wanted to see if we could get in our room earlier - no problem! Room was clean, cool and smelled fresh! Continental breakfast was available with fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and their staff was all smiles! Overall great experience for a short 2-day stay.

We were very displeased as we tried to go swimming more than once and there were so many kids horse playing that were NOT guests we brought it to the attention of the girl at the desk and she was not concerned, Also very important we asked for a KING beg suite we were super disappointed to get 2 full size beds suite and they said they did not have a king suite as we reserved...overall I would not stay there again as the pool situation was beyond poor and the staff didn't seem to care at all

Overall, the property was good - clean, easy access, immaculate grounds. The suite was comfortable and roomy. The refresh could have been better. Simply emptied trash, fixed beds and replenished towels and washcloths only partially. The pull out bed my son was using was never tidied up. It was exactly the same as we left it when we returned at the end of night. Floors in the bathroom accumulate hair and debris were never swept. One of the beds had a pillow taken away - not sure why. All little things that are more annoying than anything else. But, as I said overall a good property. This was our second time staying there when visiting.

The hotel was clean and very nice but there wasn’t enough towels for my family to shower. I requested more and they didn’t have any. We had a long day of traveling and once we Checked in I wanted to shower before going to bed and two out of five of my family members did not have a towel to use. I was told I would get some in the morning but we had to leave before they were available. Very disappointed that a hotel would run out of towels?

Great property. Basketball court was my teens’ favorite amenity! Very comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast was nice even on Christmas Day. Appreciate the staff sharing their morning to have breakfast available. Made the stay over the holiday perfect.
