When we chose our location with a price tag of $350 a night and what was names a hotel and marina, we didn't imagine we would be coming to a 60s style motel with a room that was way outdated, with dirty floors (and under the bed when we went looking for something that dropped and we had to ask for new bath mat because our dirty foot prints were appearing on the bath mat). The owner was very kind and so were those who helped us get into the room (the key was the old fashioned key and the lock kept sticking). Not sure I would use Expedia again to look for hotels on Long Island.

The room was good and as expected. Rachel was very attentive and interested in making sure our stay was happy. Location was great, and pool was nice. I would stay there again.

Staff is super helpful and nice. Property needs some updates. Saturday some loud music up to midnight.

Loved our stay at Baywatch. They were so friendly and accommodating. This area is a perfect little getaway. Pool area was gorgeous!

Great, clean place!

Unfortunately our stay was not so successful, because the bed, which is announced as a double bed in a cottage, was a fullsize bed (much too small for two and an imposition for a person with the size 6'4''). The rooms are very sparsely furnished. In the kitchen you will find only the bare necessities, worn pans, pots with wobbly handles, used sponges (a no go) and no dryer sheets. The stove was very dirty and rusted, as was the refrigerator and the heater in the bathroom. Unfortunately the entire floor was totally filthy, if you wiped a piece with a tissue it was black. The bathroom floor was full of hair. But the location of the accommodation is nice and also the pool is very well maintained, that would be desirable for the rooms. In this case too expensive and not a nice stay :(((

The best thing about staying at the Baywatch is the pool and the area around the pool. The rooms are in need of upgrade, especially the shower and the noisy AC. The tile floors in the room weren't clean.

Very basic lodging. Clean. The a/c was quite loud. Pleasant and helpful managers. Reasonably priced for the Hamptons.

This property was very convenient and safe. The manager resides on the property. The rooms were clean and the pool was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back.

This place is wonderful!! Rebecca is amazing. Can't wait to stay there again. We had Queen cottage #1. Plenty of room for 3 fun loving ladies. Grills and little sitting patio at each cottage and others available throughout the grounds. Gated pool area great with plenty of lounging room. Nice area in marina end to sit and look at amazing sunsets. Walking distance to some restaurants and Bars. The food truck on site has great breakfast and lunch items (homemade Greek items, yummy!!) This place is central to all things Hamptons! This place is an excellent value, clean and friendly staff.

Loved this hotel! Lovely staff, clean rooms, lots of things to do on the property as well as around, including swimming, fishing, beach going, shopping and eating! Would def go again!

Our only suggestion for improvement is: Put a table or floor lamp in the living room, as the bright overhead light is not always what one wants when relaxing in the living room. Also, some coat hooks by the entrance door would be helpful. Otherwise, we were impressed!

We had an amazing stay! Reveka is so warm and welcoming and made sure we had a lovely vacation. She was great at recommending places to go. We will definitely be coming back!

Our first visit to this area, so we were not quite sure what to expect. The Baywatch is tucked between some marinas but is easy to find. The location is good, you can walk to the beach (about a mile) and there are some restaurants within walking distance, but since we visited in October, most were closed. Check in was great, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed in the deluxe king suite. The space was very nice and roomy with a love seat and a small kitchen table and chairs, also a range, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Only a few basic kitchen utensils and plates and cups. Good for reheating some leftovers, not for full on cooking. Our unit was very clean and modern, even though the outside looks a bit dated. We did not use the pool due to the weather, cloudy, cool, and windy. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we visit the Hamptons again.
