Overall great! There was one surprise $5 charge on my bill, for something at the restaurant but I did not use the restaurant on the date of that charge. AND, on my checkout day I called the front desk to ask what time the breakfast buffet closed at 9:06am, when the person on the phone told me it closed at 9. Yet when I walked down to see if anything was still available, it was still operating, with newly filled food service containers. So, obviously doesn’t close at 9.

I stayed at the Four Points to be near my surgeon; the location was convenient, the room was clean, spacious; the pool area was lovely and the in room dining options were very good. My only complaint about the room was there was only a hanging closet and no drawers to put away clothing. Also, there is no shelf in tht shower which was a problem for me.

The bed was great. The carpet was slightly coming up and we stepped in a carpet tack. Also our bathroom door was falling apart with wood all over the floor, and since we had a little baby it was very nerve racking

We had a problem with our power blinds and management came up to the room and after we both tried to figure out how to use them he gave us complimentary breakfast for the rest of our trip which was above and beyond our expectations!! Close to the shops of Merrick Park Mall. Uber service everywhere!! Late check out with no additional fees!!
Totally recommend if you need a place to stay in Coral Gables!!

I booked for a 4 night stay and my room was only cleaned once. I left early daily and returned late nightly. Twice i saw cleaners in the hall. I had to call the front desk for towels and wash cloths and go down to collect. It was ridiculous.

Wish there had been a better restaurant on the premises.
The young black bartender was the best thing about the hotel. He was delightful. Not very impressed withe the check in or chevk out process.

The stay was near to my consulate appointment place and had a metrorail station just 7 mins walking which provides easy access to Miami downtown and airport.

I stayed here for my bday because I had an event close by but hotel is also very close to Merrick Park for shopping and dinning. Walkable distance. Beds were super comfy. Parking is limited so when we came back to hotel we had to park downstairs in the parking for check-in but the lady accommodated us. Pool is very small and there is a bar with limited drinks. I did not give it 5 stars because I have stayed in better hotels. It was ok.

I stay here frequently for short two night stays. It is reasonably priced and conveniently located. However, the cleaning staff did not clean my room while I was there, and this has happened many times on prior visits. I think the hotel needs to hire more staff.
