Nice room. Hot shower. Good WiFi. Cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Convenient central location. Unfortunately, there is no lift, which was a pain as we were on the 4th floor.

I did enjoy my trip as it was close to the beach. When I first arrived my driver had a very hard time locating the place because the address and location according to Google Maps was not correct and the employee said this had not been fixed. I had to quite often during my 23 day stay find the staff in order to get water and clean towels. I, of course, didn’t enjoy having to go looking for them. The days in which I was gone overnight, either at another hotel or a friend’s house, the staff wouldn’t replenish water/towels in my room either. It became a pretty big hassle. Other than that, it was nice.

The receptionist and the manager was very accomodating. They attended to our needs and was approachable.

Especially the lady at night in the reception offered a horrible service. The noise from the street was dreadful, some better quality windows would have made it tolerable. Smoking is allowed in the center of the hotel on each floor, occasionaly the stench reached the room. Even for the competitive price I would say that this is a bad choice.

You have to turn your key in to the front desk when you go out so not good because there staff doesn't know what's going on. Came back to my room and my drinks were missing and when I checked in it seams like they didn't even know that I had a reservation or for how long.

once i arrived the double room i had booked and paid for weeks ago was giving away away the hotel was full so we had to sleep in a capsule 8 bed dorm the 1st night then the 2nd night i was given a room that the aircon didn’t work so had to be moved to a room that was facing the street which was noisy all night
