The service and hospitality at the Four Seasons Vail exceeded my expectations! From check in to the spa services to dining and check out, the experience was amazing. I especially appreciate the concierge team who were so friendly and helpful. They gave me recommendations for the best places in town and even set up my room with the balloons I had delivered for my sister’s bday. The general manager and assistant manager made sure they accomodated us in every way. The welcome drink was so good and their famous hot choc was the best I’ve ever had! I’d def go back and after staying at the Four Seasons, it makes you only want to stay at that hotel chain wherever you go!

The hotel is beautiful. Smells amazing. For the most part, staff were very friendly. Female hostess in the one restaurant was not accommodating at all. I had to go to concierge to get a reservation at the restaurant to get a table. That was a little ridiculous. The front desk staff was incredible as well as housekeeping and valet.

The reason for the bad review is not on the Four Season it is on Hotels.com as we tried to reschdule the date they would only allow us to cancel with no refund and we had to pay for the new date. I have used Hotels.com in the past and this is the second time I have been burned by them. I purchased the insurance and my trip was cancelled because of a snow storm i sent them all the info and it was declined. In the past Hotels.com had been always willing to help and very easy to work with. I will never use them again and i will make sure I give a bad review as this is the second time this has happened.

We were especially impressed with how dog-friendly the hotel is—they even provided dog bowls and a cozy dog bed for our dog, which made our stay all the more special. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. We can’t wait to return in November :)

We had a great time. The ski concierge made ski rental very easy. Love the bars and restaurants. The in room fireplace and the hot tubs were our fave.

All of employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Workout room was very nice. Pool area secluded and beautiful.
