The staff was fantastic. It was all very newly renovated and so charming . The location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It did have many steps which may not work for elderly or disabled, however staff carried luggage for us. They were wonderful and I definitely enjoy this place again !

The hotel room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and were amazing particularly when we had to stay an extra night at very last minute 😊

Didn't like difficulty in communicating with check-in staff, and having to walk up two levels of stairs twice, carrying luggage. There was no elevator (I did not see any remark about this on Wotif).
BUT THE CHECK-iN STAFF WERE MARVELLOUS. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. They even carried up my wife's luggage on arrival and carried it down at check-out. They made the stay much more enjoyable.

Their staff were excellent. Nina helped us to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs upon check-in. Vlatka assisted us in check-out and offered to help us with the luggage. Vlatka was very patient and highly professional in explaining the problems with the wifi in our room. She was able to get technical help the next day to fix it. She also assisted me in paying for the car parking. It was very pleasant stay because of the staff.
Be aware that the suites are inside a 19th century building which has no elevator. The building door is very old and heavy.

What an absolute gem! Tucked away and simply gorgeous. All the amenities for a wonderful night's stay. Great communication with staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Delicious food options just a few steps away. Easy and inexpensive parking close by. Would definitely highly recommend!

Location really good. Just in front of the National Theater, clkse to the Corso and the Market. Staff really welcoming. Building (stairs) in bad conditions. No lift available.

We had such a wonderful stay here, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Great location and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very modern and clean.

This was a tastefully updated boutique room in a great location! Dining and shopping were within easy walking distance. We especially enjoyed our receptionist who checked us in on time and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. She was welcoming and very helpful. We also had complimentary fresh orange juice, coffee, tea and croissants with honey in the morning. We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable room!

Well designed rooms perfect for a short stay. Decor was excellent and cosy and the hotel is perfectly placed by the harbour to explore the city. Got an excellent last minute deal also.
