Hotel, staff and room were great but unfortunately the mattress seemed too old and was sinking in in the middle and woke up with a back ache.

Great first impressions and service from Nina who checked us in. The room and view were 10/10 - so spacious and lovely and clean with a special little touch for our anniversary which was very much appreciated.
The hotel was conveniently located with Mercedes-Benz World and Brooklands Museum just along the road and we also visited Garsons and Smith & Western which are both close by.
The staff in the 1907 Restaurant this morning (29/09) were also great and breakfast was delicious.
We would definitely stay again!

First time stay at this hotel, definitely would like to stay again sometime soon. Everything done to a high standard, room was great and very spacious with clean and modern bathrooms. Food was very good although a little pricey for some items.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Brooklands Hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable 😀 The room was amazing very spacious and beds were so big and comfortable. The only downside was £14 charge for overnight parking! But we would definitely return 👍

Convenient for McLaren, Woking and Mercedes World. We had time to spare so visited Brooklands Museum a short walk away. Restaurant excellent, service very good.

Very welcoming and great service. Staff all very professional and nothing too much trouble. So well placed to get to London with buses straight to train station right outside. For us a big bonus they take cash. Helps with budgeting. Lots to do on the doorstep too. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel to stay in . Especially if you are travelling for work. The dinning was excellent from food to the service.
Will stay here again. Did not get to use the spa hopefully will do next time.

Breakfast had a good selection and lots of choice.
Spa available to boo for a small extra charge.
Staff are all friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Have stayed a number of times at this hotel and I am yet to be disappointed.

When we checked into the hotel, we were assigned a room that was different from what we had booked. I believe this was due to a technical issue rather than human error. After a short while, the hotel resolved the issue and upgraded us to a stunning suite. The lady at the front desk, who I believe was called Niina or something similar, was fantastic and very helpful. This hotel quickly became one of my favorite places to stay, and I have stayed in many hotels.
We enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the restaurant with high-quality food. The breakfast had a wide selection of fresh items, unlike other buffet breakfasts where the food can be dried out. The staff were friendly, and the setting was brilliant, overlooking the track. A bonus was the Mercedes village and Brooklands Museum next door, which both offered plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. Overall, we had a fantastic day and highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at many 4 and 5star hotels and I have never had to make my own bed. When asked why at reception she said it was the eco policy of the hotel, where making a bed and washing up two cups . I would say it’s a great way of saving money

Terrible bed, so bouncy was like sleeping on a trampoline. £20 charge for parking. Spa only available if you booked a slot. Good location for visiting Brooklands museum or Mercedes Benz world, but if you're not then there are better hotels in the area.

The waitress ( on table ) was wonderful in sorting out the issues
Also the obsession telling people how long they have the table for is not inviting and would put some off returning . Breakfast was the same but I highlite the service of the staff
