The room (junior suite) was really nice, and the spa area better than expected! Our room wasnt ready until 40 min after stated check in time. The staff was helpful, but not that welcoming.

As a family of 3, we had a truly amazing stay! The hotel is lovely, and definitely deserves its 5 star rating! Nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfast was excellent too!

The hotel was beautiful. Service was good except for the fact that we asked for check out till 2 and it was from our room we called and the receptionist agreed. Then the next day we got chased out saying it was never agreed. No apology when we told the receptionist Anna she said the manager said it's 1. They should have said that the day before. Really embarrassing

Three nights at this hotel, claiming five stars. Great pool/sauna area. Nice and polite employees. Acceptable breakfast, but really minimum selection with regards to hot and cold food.
The negatives were unfortunately quite significant, with the not properly cleaned (several stains all around the floor/walls) bathroom, as well as the leftover hair from the cleaning lady left all over the bathroom floor. Some technical dificulties turning off the bathroom lights leaving on the lights all night. Some flooding on the floor after each shower. Flooding was not even close to the shower, which was weird and annoying..
For me this is far from a five star hotel. Barely a four star. Will not return unfortunately.

The hotel us amazing and the staff was very friendly and cool! I really enjoyed the spa and saunas. Everything is nearby, and thus is the best location by far. Will stay there again..

We got the luxury suite and it was beautiful! The only couple things that could improve- the small bathroom smelled weird, the view was of a random bunch of other apartments (luxury suite should have a nice outside view), and the room had some spots that smelled like a cat was there. I loved the pool, the sauna areas, and the room itself.

Clean modern beautiful hotel. Loved the art deco decor and aesthetic. Service was great, hotel was lovely. The spa area is fantastic. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Great location closed to city center ans the train station. Nice boutique hotel, our room was quite big with fancy bathroom and toilet!
The breakfast was yummy with a lot of choices.

Pool was super and very relaxing with mood lighting. Location was perfect (across the street from old town and a five minute walk to the main square). Access to public transportation was great. We stayed on 4/12/23 until 11/12/23, we were received very nicely, the room was ready as soon as we arrived, the room is beautiful and clean, very modern, the breakfast was very good and the attitude was excellent, if we come to Krakow again we will stay at the hotel again, of course we will also recommend on him The hotel is close to the place, the location is really good.

A quality hotel with excellent facilities which offering a five star stay. The bar staff and Helena in particular were fantastic and helped make a memorable trip to Krakow. I will definitely look to stay here again.

Day one we had to moved to another room as the room wasn’t cleaned. The next room was fine as it was midnight we didn’t see any issues until we looked at it in the morning.
There was stains on shower towels & Bedding and also someone else’s hair behind one of the pillows. Cleaning is below average for this establishment. Even the cleanness of the cutlery and food was shocking :(
