I have stayed here many time but this time the room did not give me a super clean feel i killed a bug in the tub the pillows seemed old and i just didn't like it. the breakfast was good though

First room has bugs in the bathroom. Moved us to another room, that room had a big cockroach and the beds were old and soft. I will say that the staff were all very nice. Will never stay here again.

Took 1/2 hour to check in because of a rude customer that wanted a late check out to leave her dog in the room while she attented a meeting after noon. This customer with her barking dog took up all the 1 desk clerk's time while we waited. The dog barked loudly at 2 dogs that came in with other customers.

Just want to give a shout out to "Jane", on the hotel's kitchen staff for her excellent customer-service skills and the fact that she was instrumental in helping get a guest's purse back that the guest has left behind.
