My husband and I loved everything about our stay at this resort. The staff was friendly, helpful, and entertaining. The food was delicious, and our room was clean. If I ever get the opportunity to visit Barbados again, this is definitely where we will stay!

This was one of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve been to. The staff were so nice and friendly (especially our ambassador Kiarah). Oro was the best restaurant for food and overall the food was better than most all-inclusive resorts. Easy access to airport and downtown Bridgetown. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Barbados!

We had an amazing vacation. My only complaint is there was little no entertainment nightly. We paid for all inclusive however we had to spend the entire vacation out in order to have some fun. The staff was extremely pleasant. I do feel the butler service needs to be revamped as we never saw this person after check in and didn’t have any help with bags and were stuck on the floor with no elevator for over 15 minutes on check out day. The Asian buffet was DELICIOUS but other than that the food was just ok. The pictures make this place look like a 5 star resort however it’s not a 5 star but very beautiful. If you’re looking for quiet and relaxing but want to dine out this is the place for you. If you’re looking for entertainment, fun, great food I wouldn’t suggest this place however, we had a great time.

Overall was good but for the price I paid for 2 nights I expected more food, drinks and deserts options. Didn’t see much shrimp and pasta options. The first day I came the Tito’s ran out. Being 5 star should be much better

Everything, I mean everything, about our vacation was wonderful. The staff, the food, drinks, pools, beach. Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived and had a tour of the property. The staff could not have been any nicer or friendly. We would love to return here for another vacation.

Noteworthy employees included Yvonne, Joshua, and Jacobi for their helpfulness. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they felt somewhat dated like a timeshare or beach condo rather than a luxury resort. Towel availability was limited by midday, although the beach and pool amenities were ample with plenty of seating and umbrellas. One peculiar aspect was the proximity of the kids' pool to the swim-up bar. Our vacation was lovely but certainly not worth the hefty price tag.

I had no option but to check out after just one night due to a severe case of food poisoning that I contracted at one of your restaurants, Brisa. As a result, I had to make alternative arrangements at another hotel. I must express my utmost dissatisfaction and request reimbursement for the remaining five nights that I had initially booked. The lack of security at your property is deeply concerning, and the overall cleanliness of the installations left much to be desired. Moreover, the level of service provided fell far below the expected standards for a purported luxury hotel. Frankly, I am perplexed as to how this establishment is advertised as such. Given that my booking was made through Expedia, I am unable to directly contact the hotel to discuss this matter. Therefore, I kindly request that you reimburse me for the remaining nights as soon as possible. I believe it is only fair to be compensated for the terrible experience I had at your property. Pools too cool to swim in and the only available hot tub is up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately even though the hotel is advertised as all inclusive actually three of the four restaurants are closed two nights per week. They describe 4 restaurants on their website but not always accessible.
