We booked and paid for a double bed room and when got there they told me my room was sold out but offered us two king rooms. We said yes, when we got to the rooms each room only have one queen bed. The rooms werent far away from each other but not close either. The friends and family had fun so at the end of day that’s all that matters to me.
They said the pool was heated in fact it wasn’t and very cold. Really the only reason we booked a room at that hotel. Will remember not to book there for indoor heated pool.

When I first checked in I received attitude for not having my card to unlock the main door. Granted I hadn’t checked in yet. The customer service was poor to begin with. I tried to use my iron in my room and it would smoke out of the plastic so badly that I almost set the smoke alarm off. I tried to exchange and was told we don’t have anymore in the back and received attitude when I tried to exchange it. There were roaches in my room. The AC barely worked in my room and my room would not get cool. I will never choose this hotel for a future stay again.

The location was ok. The bed was very uncomfortable and the water in the shower had no pressure.

My problem is, because I booked the hotel through a third party, Hotels.com, i didn't get my Marriott points through Bonvoy which is unfortunate. I booed 2 rooms a total of 4 nights and chose them because I'm a Bonvoy member. The other thing is they are not cositent in their service because they are individually owned. The service I received in Dallas at the Residence Inn includrd breakfast. This location dosen't include breakfast

My girlfriend& I stayed with Marriott after a 7 day cruise & were in need of RESPITE after so much partying. We found such comfort , peace, & serenity in our stay with Marriott. Can’t wait to book again. 10/10
