Brand new hotel. Pretty good.
Right by the train, which is very noisy

The positives: the room and hotel were clean. They have a restaurant with a bar that closes at 10. They give you water when you check in. The negatives: the shower faucet was broken, making it difficult to operate and the water was cold. It also dripped constantly. The t.v. didn't work. Maintenance attempted to fix for us and couldn't. He requested a new room for us and the front desk told him (not us) she couldn't change rooms for us, that she would give us points. I wonder how she will do that when she told me at check-in that we wouldn't earn points since we booked with a 3rd party. The bed wasn't comfortable and made noise everytime you turned over. After driving 10 hours, this was not a pleasant experience.

When getting ready for bed we discovered that the bathroom sink would not drain. I tried messing with the underside of the sink where the feature is that moves the stopper up & down, to no avail. I’m quite certain that when the bathroom was cleaned previously that would had been extremely obvious.
I also struggled with the silence in the room. There wasn’t a feature on the thermostat to allow the fan to run continuously. It was so quiet that I could hear the phone vibrate & the alarm of the person next door. I thought that this was highly unusual for a hotel room.

We absolutely love this hotel & their staff! This is our go to place for our visit to Memphis for the fourth consecutive year. Lots of PGA Tour guys here so that should say it all. Thanks for a great stay & see ya next year!👍❤️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️

The front desk clerk was horrible!!!! This was the worst check In I have experienced since traveling for years. She was rude and nonchalant!!!!if I hadn’t paid through Expedia I would have asked for a cancellation plus we were tired from traveling!!!Hilton please teach or have your employees to attend professionalism classes. I’m going to stop

There was dirty spots on the carpet which made you feel like the carpet in the room wasn’t clean. In the lounge while waiting on my ride the chairs were all dirty. I was trying to find the cleanest one so I could sit
