I was told that something went wrong with the room we had initially booked, so they had to give us a tiny room instead. But the manager had compensated us with 2 free massages. So no complaints’

A great stay overall. The location is close to many food options and tourist destinations. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant to deal with

We stayed 10 nights and Jacosmo was a great choice. The staff and service were wonderful, great buffet breakfast, and location was much better than expected. We loved the spaciousness of our Balcony Jacuzzi Suite, was exactly as pictured. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Great value!!

The staff, Michael & Brian, the breakfast kitchen staff were all very helpful and friendly.
They were accommodating and had good recommendations for lunch and dinner places.
Michael also made arrangements for our Halong bay cruise and Ninh Binh tour, airport pick ups. All went smoothly.
Nothing to complain.
Would highly recommend this place.

Honestly, Brian and Sophia went above and beyond for the two nights that I stayed at the hotel. Sophia booked my flight and coordinated a taxi to the airport for me; and Brian just had outstanding customer service and even gave me a ride on the back of his motorbike to go to an ATM when I needed to get some money. Location was great, breakfast was yummy and fresh, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!!

Great little hotel in the centre of Hanoi, convenient for visiting the city. Comfortable beds and absolutely wonderful staff. Shout out to Richard, Brian and Henry who worked tirelessly to make sure that our stay was great. The service provided was excellent. The lake is about 10 minutes walk and there are many shops and restaurants in the area.

The staff were so polite friendly and helpful. Michael from reception went over and beyond his duties by loaning his own coat on a cold and unexpected evening. High Praise indeed.

Decent hotel for one or two nights. The staff are lovely and service is very good. The hotel could do with an upgrade though as it seems quite old and out-dated.

I think almost everything was good, especially the staff were very sweet and helpful! Breakfast could have had more bread options, and the pillows were a little too thick. Also you could hear a lot from the street outside, but otherwise I can’t complain at all. The AC worked fine and it was a clean room.

There is no electric outlet around the bed. This is inconvenient for tourists.

Nice comfortable room in excellent location. A few minutes walk to the old centre of Hanoi. Breakfast was good. The hotel staff were ever so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Complained TV was not working two consecutive days and gave up after that. I suppose that’s what I get for an inexpensive stay. Would not book them again. In fact, I cancelled my return booking.

Even the staff was nice, the property needed help. They shut off the water without notice, the room phone did not work, and there were electric plugs and night stand on one side of the bed only.
