The first impression of the hotel is the entrance. A muddy path with trip hazards. Forget trying to wheel a nice suitcase up the entrace path. The rooms were fine. Clean and a good size. But you better hope you are not on the 4th floor. Quite a walk up the stairs with no lift. There are basically no facilities. No pool, bar, restaurant, deck chairs. Your only option for entertainment is a 5 minute walk down an uneven and muddy path to the beach. Its negotiable during the day time, but a bit hazardous at night. Overall not my idea of a 3 star hotel.

The place is new so it’s neat, staff are friendly. I can only say 3 negative feedback: entrance to the hotel, the keycard not working and no water heater or the water heater is not working.

It was quite nice and the breakfeast is very delicious and there are many different choices to choose.

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. They let us check in early for free. Rooms are clean and okay. I just wish they would put a broom on the room so we could sweep the sands that accumulated from our shoes. Best of all are the dogs at the lobby. The only downside is that there's no elevator which makes it hard going up and down especially if ur pregnant or have a toddler or with a senior.

Awesome place to stay close to everything and about 40 steps to the beach. Staff are all friendly and kind. They catered me with all my needs.

We hard a hard time finding the hotel. The entance sign and entrance/walkway to the hotel is very old and needs to be updated. Once you do find and enter, it wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be. The staff was very nice. A light/simple but good breakfast was included, so that was nice. Hotel is set back a ways from the beach, makinh it very quiet at the hotel location. The room and amenities, air con all were good. Room was small, but iwas clean and comfortable. TV worked fine, but had limited channels.

There was confusion on the room description. I suggest and I told the staff that instead of "Double Bed & Twin Bed" better use "Double Bed & Single Bed". I was expecting that twin refers to 2 single bed. Hotel location details is insufficient also. The staff are good & approachable. Very kind as well.

Mirage Suits is a nice place to stay in Boracay. We booked standart rooms but on arrival they upgraded us to family room which has a kitchen and was larger. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We would prefer this place for our next visit.

We stayed at Mirage Suites de Boracay for 4 days and overall was a good experience. The hotel staff are beyond accommodating, helpful and friendly. They made our lives super easy while we were there. My only qualms about the room was there were a couple ants roaming around and mosquitos (which is normal due to the Philippines being a hot country). Other than that the rooms are fairly clean. On a side note we had to put a deposit down of 1000 php incase we got the sheets dirty so we were overly cautious. The hotel is not on the strip of white beach just slightly off of it, but super super close in proximity nonetheless.

Good staff and clean accommodation however some facilities were average to poor, including very noisy AC (disturbed sleep) , poor hot water and water pressure from shower, no safe for valuables and very limited storage / hanging space for clothes. For a newish hotel a bit dissapointing that these basic services were not better or supplied. Complimentary breakfast was very average as it was preprepared and served almost cold.
