The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean, but when you get in to take a hot shower and the water temperature is only Luke warm it’s very disappointing. The water for the sink was hotter than the shower water.

Great service. Only stayed for one night, but had a great experience. Hotel is being remodeled, but it did not cause any issues.

The shower curtain was torn and moldy, as well as mold in the bathroom around the shower and sink. The room smelled very musty. Black lines were on the floor from improper cleaning. When we first arrived it smelled like they poured a whole bottle of fabuloso out. When we turned on the a/c unit it immediately smelled like it was burning. When contacting the front desk, they told us someone would come by to look at it but never did. They are doing "renovations" but nothing was being done while we were there. The breakfast bar had the same thing both mornings we were there. The fruit had already gone bad, and the warm breakfast options were ice cold. Will not be staying here again

The first room we stayed in only had one bed - and I slept on the sleeper sofa - which had chips under the cushions and a mattress cover that looked like it had never been washed.

The room I stayed in for the second part of my stay was better than the first. The only real complaint was the damp feeling of the bed linens and the general humidity in the room.

It was very frustrating
1.- I requested for a room with 2 beds and they gave it to me with 1 bed.
2.- I selected breakfast included and there was only water with juice, milk with terrible taste and some micro muffins.
It didn’t meet anything regarding to the website at Hotel.

Will not stay again. No safe dog friendly area. There were pickers all in the grass which we didn’t realize until it was too late. No room service at all. Stayed 6 days. Was told every three days but on day four I had to go ask for towels and toilet paper because no one came.

Only option for hot breakfast was waffles. Cold cereal was available (very limited choices) with no milk. Instant hot cereal also available with no hot water. Disappointing.

Multi-night reservation. They don’t tell you at check-in that you must request to have your room serviced. It would also be helpful if Hotels.com could tell you this about the location.
The women at the front desk let me ask about when my room would be done with service AND sit and wait for a couple of hours. Only when I asked again did they say… well, did you request service? You have to ask the night before.

i booked the room thru Expedia but it does not show anywhere on Expedia that there will be a $200 deposit until I got there to check -in . so i was not prepared for the $200 deposit. I did not stay there. I ended up leaving and lost $76.60.
