Hotel Cozumel has always been our go to destination when over from the mainland. It is always clean and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast is included and we love everything about it.

We had to stay here on an emergency for the night it wound up being a pretty decent hotel. It’s a little older, but the air conditioning units worked absolutely perfect got the rooms nice and cold. The car was parked right in front. The elevator was very small.

The hotel is nice and walkable but parking is very limited. They only have parking for 6 cars and if you don’t get parking with them , then you have to park in the street , and hope you find parking out there.

The Plaza hotel is excellently situated for easy walking to most areas we wanted to go.
The rooftop pool was very nice. Very clean and relaxing.

This is by far the best hotel in Cozumel. I’ve stayed here on 6 different occasions and it gets better each visit. Only place I’ll stay in Cozumel. Thank you for an awesome trip.

I would give it all 5's except for lack lack filtered ice. Great for the price. Wonderful cooked to order breakfast.
