We stay at this hotel when visiting friends in that area every 6-8 weeks. The hotel is everything you could really ask for.
So clean it looks like the bathrooms were fit the day of arrival, powerful showers, super comfy beds, warm and spacious. Free car parking also. For the price, I am not sure you can beat this place. All fixtures and fittings are of high standards and it is clear the owners take pride of the place. We will be back soon!

Excellent concept. Staffless hotel but the rooms were clean and modern and fresh, access was easy, the area felt safe.
I wish I’d come up with the idea of buying pubs and turning them into this type of hotel, it’s great. Although I didn’t see the owner or manager, he was available by WhatsApp, text and phone if required.

It was nice rooms and the staff were really responsive and gave me and my colleague a room upgrade which was really nice of them I’d come here again when I’m in Birmingham for sure

The room was lovely, but as there was a local burst water main, there was no water to the property at all and no timeframe from the water company to fix it, so we were forced to cancel our stay. As the venue we were due to visit was closed too, we went home

You didn't get much road noise unless you opened the window. It was a nice touch with the welcome note. Entry was quick and easy. A brilliant idea. I had such a great stay and hope to come back again. Everything was perfect, better than what I expected especially the shower. There were a lot of amenities within walking distance.

I stay away all week all over the uk and stay in a wide range of hotel/ apartments, but booked this for a weekend away with my wife - fantastic, High quietly, very clean and far better than the cost would intermate.... i pay twice as much normally for same quality. Thank you hotel.

Parking was easy and outside seating area is a bonus. Not too far for shops and other amenities. Have cancelled my upcoming stay at a hotel in the area and booked here instead. The lack of a reception meant I had to spare time to email ID and pay deposit. Woken up by coupling arguing next door, no answer when phoning the 24hr contract number, got a text reply about 45 minutes later. Promised partial refund but this is not been issued as of yet 10 days later
