Room size was small and also due to Corona situation they did not have room service. Location is good. It's near to may tourist location. Nearest bus station is östercentrum which is 600m from this place.

This hotel is overrated. We didn't get the daily housekeeping that is supposed to be included in the price. There is no reception in the same hotel (you have to pick up the card key at another place), our beds sank in the middle..., the breakfast is not included and you could hear the people talking in the aisle. Apart from that, the room was clean and spacious, quiet if you keep the windows closed.

Great location! No reception but an efficient key service. Room was nice, although a little noisy as everyone walks past to get to their rooms. Payment taken over phone seemed a little strange.

The room and building were so hot! Lighter bedsheets would have been appreciated. The room in general was a little dusty. The bathroom was great though. The wallpaper was very modern, yet almost psychedelic. However it was great that we were welcomed by a member of staff despite it being a self-checkin hotel. We could easily store our luggage for free at the sister hotel - thank you.

Big screen television, but we never turned it on, so cannot speak to the quality of television reception. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Breakfast was pretty standard; indeed adequate. Parking is non-existent at this hotel; however, the hotel itself is centrally located for all the sights of Visby if you’re on foot. If you have a vehicle, you have to park at their sister hotel, which is a 12-15 minute walk from Hotell Gute (consider staying there .. The Hotell BredaBrick).
