Everything was great except the food in the reaturant.
Bread was hard and there was very little varity of food.
The water in the pool was too cold for us to swim.
Apart from those two, I am generally satisfied with other things.

When I checkedin hotel, and found some unpleasant smell from air conditioner duct. But the staffs of hotel noticed this and take care for this problem during my staying. Thank you for this. And they gave me a gift as compensation. This is my 3rd time staying and always be happy and enjoyed.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel is amazing. The breakfast has so many choices and everything is attended to so the food is always refreshed and in order. The gym is clean and has plenty of equipment and weights for a good workout. I didn’t swim, but the water park looked incredible and everyone there was having a great time. You can walk right into the huge shopping mall from the lobby, which has every store you can think of, as well as dozens of restaurants. Great place to stay in Pattaya.

New and modern hotel easy to get around bahtbus stop front of hotel you can reach most of the places by 10 baht super cheap .it's connected to terminal 21 lots of food choices and is very cheap.pool area is quite big and super clean.love is hotel will surely book again if in Pattaya.

However, since it is too popular so the hotel is always crowded. We stayed 7 days this time, the gaming facilities are always occupied and we can’t even play the snooker once!
We hope there will be some improvements, for example providing more facilities or introducing a queuing mechanism.
