Excellent service. Food available at my midnight check in which was nice. Keith the transportation director is fantastic. Hes a keeper!

We had a very short layover and chose this hotel as it was only 7 mins by shuttle. The staff communicated well and the transfer was a breeze. The staff were all great, especially the Director of Transport who did an extra trip back to the airport after I left my phone on the bus - thank you. The food was good and our room was clean and really comfortable. We had a 5.30am start and there was already coffee/muffins and bagels out for an early start breakfast.

There were massive flight cancellations at DFW, staff worked extra hard to Mahe my unplanned stay as pleasant as possible. Nice welcome bar, good coffee at breakfast. I used grubhub, as i was in mood for pizza, and had no problem getting a quick delivery to the hotel. I'd stay again.

We had a very nice time at the Hyatt Place DFW. Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice and the shuttle driver Keith was very helpful. Whenever we are back in the area we will definitely be staying at this hotel!

Everything was amazing!!! And those wings lol so good! The staff that worked this weekend was amazing! The housekeeping are the real MVPS!

Good hotel close to the airport which is why we booked it. Car rental return is across the street and they have airport shuttle which was very convenient.
