The attendant that checked us in left us waiting for over 10 minutes. Had her back to the entry and never did turn around. Had to let her know that we were there. Then failed to give us the right room number. As a whole was uncomfortable and not very friendly. The bed was super uncomfortable. Had a migraine by the time I woke up.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, kind, and professional. My room had several problems == the carpet was pulled back where the entry flooring started, the fridge/microwave and coffee pot set up was odd and somewhat in disrepair. The shower curtain barely reached the top of the tub, so water leaked into the floor when we showered. No free breakfast, but the food we paid for was excellent and the staff was great.

I have stayed at this facility 6 times. Three of those times the television streaming was down. Being able to stream my tv shows on Prime or Netflix is why this was my hotel of choice. At the very least, front desk should left guests know that the service is down BEFORE check in.

The staff hear are very friendly and they show a generous, genuine, amount of hospitality! Tammy is an exceptionally young lady! I Will return!

Really disappointed for over $200 that breakfast wasn’t included. Didn’t notice that when I booked the hotel or I wouldn’t have stayed there. Hotel seemed worn, not new like you would expect.

Great location, secure space, super nice staff, very clean rooms. Only recommendation is to install more lamps in the rooms. Additional lighting would make the room perfect for business travelers like me.

Everything was ok until I called to the front desk to report that my tv wasn’t working and the young lady at the desk replied I’m not the wind and she’s not the reason the satellite is not working

Shower was not cleaned. Used soap was sitting in soap holder. Mold all around shower base. Had to change rooms.

I was greeted at the desk with friendly smiles and professional service. We then had some drinks at the bar and Jaimie was excellent. He was friendly and quick with his service. He made our stay perfect, He is an exceptional employee.

Good evening… I’ve been a customer of Expedia for quite some time now. Tonight was an absolute nightmare. I received an email asking if I wanted an early check in which I accepted. Upon arrival we found a large congregation of military personnel in lobby. No biggie unless we don’t have a room… Welp!!! We didn’t have a room available. I spoke to manager about checking in early via email portal & he said “I apologize but we don’t control that level of communication from a third party entity.” They checked for availability @ 9:45pm as my two children & wife were frustrated to say the least. It took roughly (45)min to locate, clean & prepare a room which provided a solution to the situation. But it’s the principle behind this process… No, no, no this is not acceptable to offer early check in but then upon arrival habe no rooms available.

I couldn’t stay because they sold my room, the man on front desk named Antonio was rude and didn’t help me, he just said that they were sold out and he didn’t respect the proof that I had, for that reason I gave one star, and now trying to get refund me the money

But I didn’t want to eat there knowing I was killing bugs in my room. The door to room 409 gets stuck so make sure it is closed when you leave if you get that room. The bartender was very helpful. Check out was good. Hotels usually have a room they assign last cause they know it has issues, I think 409 is that room for this property.
