The room & bathroom were clean except for the floors which had not been vacuumed. It looked like the hallway & elevator had not been vacuumed for a while either.

There was a soccer team checking in and only one person at front desk. The gentleman that checked us in was nice but it took a while since there were about 20 kids on soccer team. The elevator also broke down which was a problem. Then, the next morning when we wanted to check out, there were no carts available. We had to make several trips to carry luggage. I spoke with Anna at the front desk (she was very nice) and recommended purchasing a few more carts.

My first room had a dog odor. My rooms was changed and it smell very fresh. Other than that I had a very Good stay. I really don’t think dogs should be allowed in hotels. Some people are allergic to animals.

We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. One thing of note, the pillows were the smallest I’ve seen at a hotel. At that size, could have used a few more.

the hotel was not bad but had no luggage carts. We complained to the front dusk but they did not care and management would not do anything

Stay was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even went and found a crib for us when we got in pretty late.

Good stop for a tired traveler. The only thing I would have to say negative is the humidity levels in the room. Sheets felt damp to the touch and rooms are adjusted by old single wall units

The Hampton was more an Oasis than a motel. I was met at reception by a most cordial and competent woman, Anna. She had me quickly checked-in and on my way. The room was cool, clean and quiet.
