Took ages to check in. Extremely hard matresses so we could barely sleep. Breakfast was just ok. Bread, pinapplejuice, and cheeze, salami. + cakes. Not really impressed

Nice staff, good breakfast. Liked the beach they cooperate with. Some good food options nearby. Very loud at night, both from inside due to super thin walls, and outside from other hotels. Mattress not very comfortable. Beside the noise, very kids friendly, especially the rooms with extra beds.

When we arrived we got a room with a horrible smell, and out traveling couple had mold/mushooms in the shower. We called hotells.com and they tried to help us cancel and get refounded our money. but the hotell staff where rude and got angry and told us the best they can do is to change one of the rooms. So we changed one, but this one had a large hole in the wall above the window so mosquito's came at night. Threre was also not clean rooms and the rooms was not isolated well so you could hear everything going on in almost all floors. So dont stay at this hotell unless, you like mold and mushrooms, you are deaf, you can't smell anything and u like angry hotell emploeys.

Some hidden cost extras not on website. 10 euros for day parking, not found elsewhere yet in Italy, and no security cameras. Good ample and varied breakfast but dining room has no ambience. Hotel OK for overnight stay but no longer. Long time to get to and out of chaotic Rimini. Staff could have plenty of street maps on hand but had none.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. Bedroom was neat and clean. Its bathroom was large but the bathtub was not completetly enclosed so while showering water would splash onto the foor.

We have just spent and excellent week at Hotel Elisir. We were upgraded to better rooms than we booked without charge. The hotel is spotless and modern. The food was excellent. Fresh Pasta, fresh fruit and wonderful fish - the best I have had. The hotel has a beach just 100m away with all the facilities you would expect - sun beds , umbrellas, kids playground, bowling, volleyball, beach tennis. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The extras (the standard charges in Italy) - car parking , wine, water, sun beds were all very reasonably priced and worth every penny. Paolo the manager and all the staff made sure our stay was relaxing and superb. Thank you all
