The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and A/C works great. The breakfast is very bad, I tried the juice and took a look at the other offerings and swiftly never returned.

Beautiful property. A bit pricey but very peaceful and quite if that's what your looking for. Climbing the hill to get in and out is a bit annoying but other than that everything was great. Awesome staff and service, plus the rooms are amazing.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! May have been in the past, possibly before Covid, but many things in disrepair. No phone in the room for room service or even to talk to the front desk. No hand towels. Many things in disrepair, including pool deck and chairs. Had to wait 20 min for hot water every time we wanted to shower. Placed towel on the floor, meaning I needed a new one and housekeeping picked it up and placed back on the towel hook. Reception not open 24/7, so when people had music on their balcony at 6am was not able to report it. Location wise, also not ideal. Nothing near the hotel to eat, everything at least a 20 min walk to a restaurant. Overall, unless just looking for a place to crash after the full moon party, would not stay here again.

A bit overpriced for what you get. Resort was not well kept because it was low season, staff came to work late and couldn’t get breakfast early.

Very pleasant stay, staff is so kind and professional. The place is quiet and has a fantastic location by the sea. Would definately come back.

Amazing hotel! Great service and staff. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is a great! The hotel propose kayaks free of charge, having a private beach with full service. The staff helped me a lot with scooter rental, ferry tickets, transfer from and to port. Just amazing! Great value for money. The pictures you see are real. I just hope the prices will not be increased by the hotel. Can’t wait to come back again. A real vacation in the best hotel in Koh phangan

The room we got was terrible, we had to change room 4 times untill the manager decided to upgrade us to better room, the water were never warm enough for shower, the smell was horrible, the room was dark even when all the lights were on. The hotel manager Eang was very antipathetic. Unrecommended hotel.

I loved that they gave you a late-night snack every night. And I loved that it was so well-cleaned in the rooms. Great service overall. I totally recommend. Best hotel I´ve been to ever.

I had a wonderful time here! Rooms were clean, the staff were very helpful and kind, food was good, the pool, the beach and the view were beautiful! I would love to go back!
