The Inn on the Avenue was amazing, Carole and Angie are perfect hosts, breakfast was amazing also, warm and inviting. We will definitely be back. The place is just charming and location is the best.

This property is right where we wanted. In the middle of restaurants/bars, shopping, and easily walkable to beach (5 minutes). Beautifully decorated interior. Front porch and 2nd floor balcony, with rocking chairs, and ample parking out back. Host Carol and Angie were delightful, informative, and accommodating. Breakfast was unique and very good. White sangria meet n greet at 4:30 shouldn't be missed. Opportunities would be to update the coil spring mattress and pillows in our room, and black-out curtains, as the morning sun came in around the pull-down shade. Aside from that, I would recommend, and we would stay here again.

Fantastic location, close to lots of bars and restaurants. The breakfast that Carol made was awesome. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

We were looking for a place to spend the night near a venue and found this place. What a find! The inn was neat, clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was a treat. The Inn is in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. You can walk almost anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend for a night, a long weekend or a vacation.

The inn's hostesses go out of their way to make you feel, not only welcome but, special. My husband and I have stayed in a few of their wonderfully-themed rooms several times. Carole and Angie are the absolute best at accommodating your needs, willing to offer suggestions about places to go or to eat, and of course, cooking the all-important morning breakfast and supplying Happy Hour sangria and pastry libations. You'll also appreciate being located within walking distance of the beach, on one end of Flagler Avenue, and numerous bars/restaurants, on the other. Don't be seduced by the big chain hotels -- come to Inn on the Ave. and enjoy its amazing NSB hospitality.
