This boutique hotel was a gem!We were greeted by four of the staff, including the delightful doorman. We were offered coffee and water upon arrival.They provided a handwritten list of restaurants for us to peruse ( based on what we were looking for)
They made a reservation and it was delicious. They also provided a detailed map for walking as well.The room was over the top beautifully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable throughout our stay in Italy.The room also included a live orchid and Aqua de Parma products. The homemade strudel and various breakfast delicacies were perfect.
We highly recommend this perfectly located home away from home!

Place was great for a short trip to Milan. Walking distance to the Duomo.
Breakfast was incredible! 5 star breakfast for sure.Sad thing was that a/c did not work and shower drain is to slow and was backing up which is not sanitary. Other wise it was a perfect stay.

I had a great time. The room was very nice and spacious, the staff was extremely nice and attentive. I lost my wallet and they went out of their way to find it! I will def be back.

Staff was top notch. Flew in on an overnight flight, arrived at the hotel at 7:30am and they got us in the room by 8:30am. Can’t speak highly enough about the staff and the effort they made throughout the entirety of our stay.

The Leonardo Suite was impressive. The staff was also incredibly attentive and helpful. Very nicely appointed and in the perfect location for seeing the best parts of Milan.

Great service and very friendly staff. Super clean, beautiful rooms. Great location. Only drawback is the breakfast. It’s subpar compared to other 5 stars in the city within the same price range. They could do much better.

The property is fairly new - very Boutique, smaller hotel with a Grand feel! The rooms were very well appointed and the Bath area was roomy and comfortable with great shower!
What can we say about Gaia other than Exceptional! She made our first stop in Italy the Best! Outstanding customer service all the way around from the entire staff!

Clean and high standard. Very small hotel so it lacks the facilities you find in the bigger hotels of same price range, such as spa and more mixed food selection. Very high end feeling.

One of our rooms didn't drain the shower water properly and it would have been better to have air vents in the bathroom toilet room for ventilation. One of our rooms had a cockroach come into the room also. Despite this, I would still rate as 5 star because the staff dealt with the issue very apologetically.

Best hotel I have ever experienced in Milan. Aziz, Said, Antonio… can’t remember the names of the rest but excellent service all across. Food was great, room was in pristine condition. I hope it remains like this! Will definitely come back
