I stayed many times at branded luxury hotels before but this place tops all of them with having the best friendly, courteous and helpful staff from the front desk all the way down to the cleaning crews and waiters.

Super expensive for an average experience. Other hotel across the street cost 1/3 the price and offers the same type of room and cleaning.
Check in staff were ok, breakfast staff were absolutely disrespectful and rude, check out was fast.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast on Saturday was reduced which is surprising as non-Jewish guests. Free amenities such as kayak and SUP. However, the SUP boards where not sufficiently filled with air and the staff instructing us did not seem to be too knowledgable about it. But this is neglectible as we were even surprised to find this free offer. Nice shuttle to the beach where Altair guests get free umbrellas and beach chairs. But not the longest opening hours for the shuttle and the umbrellas and chairs.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and down to earth.
The decor was very up to date and the price was very reasonable especially with breakfast being included.
The pool was very clean and well maintained.

You cannot control the temperature of the room; you have to call the front desk. There is no parking except Vallet…they damaged my car. 1st room the shower head was spraying everywhere, 2nd room the TV didn’t work and had exposed wiring maintenance didn't seem to care someone could get shocked, the 3rd room the deadbolt didn’t work(I gave up at that point). There are gender segregated swimming times in the morning and at night taking 4 hours of swim time opportunities from non-jewish guests. Breakfast is anything but American and is nasty. No coffee, unless you like instant. The roof pool and jacuzzi is pretty awesome, I’ll give them that.

The 1 and only drawback is that this hotel serves a cold breakfast only on saturday to celebrate the sabbath day. There should be options for those of other religions but it was a minor setback. Overall a fantastic hotel with great guests and a superior staff

We tried checking in to this property, they showed us 2 different rooms and both were dirty and the carpets were stained really bad that you did not want to remove your shoes. After speaking to the property manager, she indicated that she was not in charge of the cleaning.
Also, after telling us that they would give us our full refund, later found out that they denied. Stay away from this property!

My room and stay were very nice but should be advertised as hotel catering to the Orthodox Jewish population. Separate swim hours at the pool for men and women and other quirky features that would be off putting for the non-Jewish traveler.
