Room was cold as was the shower.
I have stayed here many times for work, reported these issues in the morning, but no follow up.
Also getting a VAT receipt for my meal was an issue.

We had a nice stay at this hotel which was in a good location. Good value for money which included a very nice breakfast.
Mattress was a bit old and uncomfortable and could do with being replaced.

Lovely. Overlooks the sea which was lovely the staff were very helpful we found it very relaxing which is what we wanted

Plug hole of bath was full of toe nails, absolutely disgusting. This was 2nd room as other one stunk of spilt milk. Plus beds were very uncomfortable and tipped backwards. Poor experience

Stupid realy but 4 satchets of milk is not enough as you need 2 in each co..min of 8 to save wasting staff time finding some..

The property is fairly old so presents a few challenges for some with limited mobility, like me.
However, when I asked to change my room due to a tricky set of stairs with no handrail causing issues, it was swifty dealt with and my luggage was moved.
It is a nice hotel with a very nice terrace overlooking the sea.
Breakfast is very nice and sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea is a very pleasant experience.

We had three nights at this hotel - staff friendly. It has a really nice patio facing the sea which is brilliant plus we ate in restaurant- very good bar the dessert but the staff very kindly took this off.

Workers are fantastic! Good meals ( Breakfast and dinner,) good drinks. Cleaners are very nice people. View is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice room although a little warm and the smooth rounded shower temp control a bit hard to adjust with wet hands
Great view (from my bed you can only see the sea and sky and can only hear the waves lapping against the beach, just like when I was in Barbados)
Great location as right on the seafront and only 10 mins walk to the station
Parking might be difficult at peak holiday season

Well situated for town centre and railway station. Nice refurbished rooms. Rest of the hotel a little tired.
