Excellent property and location. Only problem that as we artived on a Sunday everything was closed so we couldnt even buy a bottle of water. Maybe a welcome pack would help even if there is a charge would be helpful.

Lovely location right round the corner from the Port.
Rooms clean and quiet.
Was extremely hot so pool was nice to cool down in.Reception staff very helpful.
Would have been nice for Breakfast garden to be open for rest of day with the comfy seating and not just for Breakfast.

Had a fantastic time staff.wss very helpful, pool was great, loved the accommodation like home from home, will be staying again maybe later this year, if not definitely next year. Transportation was great you can get a bus anywhere, or hire a car if you want.

Location excellent for the old town and the port. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment well equipped and cleaned six days a week. Lovely pool. Didn't use the onsite restaurant, but lots of cafes and bakeries within walking distance for coffee, breakfast or for takeaway food.

Excellent spacious apartment, very clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, 10 minute walk to the old town centre, 5 minute walk to the waterfront and 20 minute walk to the bus station. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very helpful and friendly staff, our apartment was spacious and clean although we felt that the bathroom would benefit from being updating, the bath especially and maybe tile around the shower.
The pool was lovely and cool after a day of site seeing and very well kept with regular cleaning.

Our stay at Apartanentos Turisticos Royal Life was great, the property staff are very friendly. The apartment was spacious, room was big with a big bed, loads of storage. The kitchen was well equipped, mini fridge was available. Crockery and cutlery was there for use. Everyday housekeeping was available. The property has its own swimming pool and gym. Walking distance to the Port of Mao, bus stop was walking distance too. The apartment has its own private balcony. Overall it was well worth a stay.
Cons - bit too expensive for a 2 star property. The Aircon was not in the room but was on top of the kitchen section.

The receptionists were very friendly and able to answer all my questions comprehensively. There was a daily room cleaning, and the rooms were very spacious. I thought the pool opened too late at 10am, as I'm a morning swimmer, but this is just personal preference really.

We very much enjoyed having the use of the balcony and the apartment had everything required for basic cooking. The pool wasn't yet open for the season but it was in a nice setting. Well located in a relatively quiet area of Mahon, this place was a truly excellent discovery for our recent 9-day stay in Menorca. We found we could easily stroll into the city centre within 5-10 minutes and get to the bus station in a comfortable 20 minutes for daily trips to fantastic beach resorts such as Son Bou, San Tomas, Arenal d'en Castell and Fornells. Our accommodation comprised a nice double bedroom with blinds that effectively kept out the morning sunlight; a living room with a balcony overlooking the pool, a sofa, a flat-screen TV (with plenty of UK and other European channels), and a small but well-equipped kitchenette; and, last but not least, a bathroom with walk-in shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were super helpful. It's handily-placed for the shops too, with a bakery, greengrocer and (very) small supermarket around the corner a couple of hundred metres away. There's a garage and a large-ish Eroski Center supermarket a bit further on as well. All in all, we were really pleased with our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

2nd visit this year and as always a warm welcomefom all staff, great deal of help to get boarding passes printed for departure, very good location, helps with getting you relaxed to enjoy your stay. I am NOT being paid or offered some deal to write this review. would recomend to anyone.

Very helpful staff who helped and recovered a mobile phone left in a taxi, advised on local transport and advice on locations to visit and it is close to mahon itself.

I was in Apartment 10 on second floor It was clean and had everything you would need to self cater.
Some parts are a bit old and could do with replacing such as fridge. For the price paid it was fine.
This was our second stay and went back for the location, close to Old Town restaurants and lovely marina with restaurants and bars.
