This place is located in a dangerous area. I was afraid to walk outside. Suspicious characters in their car fully tinted windows in the back part of the lot. They were not guests and i told the front desk you should keep an eye on them. No response or a glance at the camera. The picture appears that the room is standard. Bed cover full of holes. The towels are so bad you need two to dry off. I'm a seasoned traveler and this is the worse motel I've ever stayed at. Bathtub leaked and thankfully closing the door helped. There is a refrigerator but no place to plug it in. I should've read the reviews. I could write more, but not worth the trouble.

I reserved a non smoking room and when we checked in, there was only a smoking room available which was okay but the room would have been decent if it was clean.

It's in a really bad area, several unsavory looking people walking around in parking lot, rooms weren't very clean. I took a shower and walked across the floor and my feet were black.

Booked it because it had a nice spa in the room got there and it looked nothing like the pictures didn’t even have a drain plug. Ultimately couldn’t even use it nor did I want to after looking at it.

Not as advertised. I was given a room in an adjacent bldg under construction. The room was without a dresser so the dirty tile floor and floor boards were visible. The fixtures were old so the water out of the sink was little more than a dribble. The parking lot was fine.

I booked for two weeks. If you stay here you must pay every night, one night at a time, and they will make whatever price they decide, not what you booked for. There are drug addicts everywhere. I stayed one night out of two weeks because I was told when I tried to pay for the night at 8am (I work overnights so I did this as I'm getting off work) only to be told I can't pay for another night because they are going to do maintenance on the room they booked me into. They told me I'd have to take all my belongings (many) back out and wait until after 3 to check back in. I took my money and left. Stay here if you like to be inconvenienced constantly and like to have criminal activity surrounding you. Don't bring you kids here.

Even the shampoo and soap packages were filthy. Woke up at 7:45 am to them pounding on the stucco breaking it apart right outside my door. Paid $110 for king room shouldn’t have even stayed once I saw the room but I had been dropped off and was so tired. Wouldn’t stay if it was free. Stayed at the Travelodge on Roxford the next 2 nights and it was $10-$15 cheaper. Their rooms are clean staff is pleasant. I will stay there from now on.

This motel can use an upgrade. Like renovation, rooms should be repainted and bathrooms can be upgraded. The room I stayed in had graffiti and the bed sheets were stained. Either they didn't get washed or stained, but it would be nice if the owner invested in new sheets.
