Extremely happy with our choice to stay at the Buri Rasa. Nice room, brilliant breakfast, perfect location for a quiet but still enjoyable stay! The atmosphere was amazing and everyone we met were so welcoming and friendly! We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time we visit Koh Phangan! Oh… and using their own transfer is a little more expensive but totally worth it!!

Our favourite resort by far throughout our trip in Thailand. Everyone from the staff to the waiters were extremely warm and welcoming. It was delightful and we can’t wait to come back.

Cute small hotel at one of the most beautiful beaches in the island. Breakfast is quite small with not much variety. Each evening hotel restaurant has quite nice events and restaurant prices are reasonable. Customer service at the hotel is unfortunately not too good. We have had one issue and hotel didn't been able to make us happy after that again...but still a place which can be recommended.

We had a wonderfull stay at Buri Rasa with our 1.5 year son. The staff is great, no request is too crazy and they really go to all extends. The only bad thing is that we had to leave the hotel after a few days ;) We will definitely come back to this place. This is a very nice resort on a very nice beach and I would give a high rating usually. During my stay there were a lot of families and excitable children who felt in necessary to scream, run and slam doors which unfortunately is very audible in the rooms. Sound proofing the rooms is required, I was attending online meetings and could not find a quiet spot even in the room.

Great staff, great food, great location. The staff was so helpful setting up day excursions and transport to and from their resort. A must stop if you are looking for a quiet family get away. Just one small detail that could have made it more convenient would be to have electrical outlets closer to the bed.

Quiet location on the beach. Little shops around the hotel. Not the place to stay if you want night life.

The Guest Relations staff is second to none and I mean that! Banana, Lin, Sarah and the rest always have a smile on their faces. They make you feel like family. I will not stay anywhere else in Thong Nai Pan! The only negative is that they do not have private pool suites/villas and no bar at the pool.

The hotel is nice and the sea as well. Ours was not a good experience as the hotel was full of children and staying at the beach or reasturant was not that relaxing. We were told that it is Always like that so if you are a couple be aware of that …..

We had a lovely welcome from staff and were happy with the interior of our room. We were disappointed with the pool as there was never any spare beds next to it and it was always full of noisy children which meant we couldn’t use it to get a good swim in. The sea was very wavy when we were there, so not being able to use the pool was an issue. We are a couple in our mid 30s and we felt like perhaps the area was a bit too “resort” based for us - we prefer something a little more natural - not rows and rows of sun beds. I was looking forward to visiting this beach after reading rave reviews. Sadly, I was left disappointed as when we went for our first walk along the beach I was shocked at how much plastic litter I saw :( perhaps this was because the sea was particularly choppy that week, but either way, I was disappointed that the resorts hadn’t taken it upon themselves to pick it up. I ended up going for a walk and managed to fill a big bag with litter and take it to the hotel receptionist who then discarded it for me. Having said all that - the staff were so lovely and friendly and the service was great. Just not our cup of tea in general. We ended up staying on the west of Koh Phangan which we loved.
