Marco was an excellent manager. Our stay exceeded our expectations. We made our reservation one day ahead to avoid a train strike. Marco allowed early entry as well as extended checkout. And his local recommendations were superb.

He went above and beyond, always ready to help us with anything we needed, from booking e-bikes for our adventures to making reservations at fantastic local restaurants. His warmth and willingness to assist truly made our trip special. The hotel itself was immaculate – incredibly clean, stylish, and modern, with a cool vibe that made it stand out. Marco the manager is professional, friendly and is more like a personal concierge helping to make arrangements, reservations and suggestions to enjoy your stay in Arezzo. Sugar Rooms has a delightful bar/cafe with delicious light fare, but you are steps to everything in the center of town. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless and the bathroom is zen. I especially loved the restrained decor which allows the original architecture to shine. The AC in the room was very cold and did not disappoint. If you are looking for a small town in Tuscany to explore or be your base, Arezzo and Sugar Rooms were a very pleasant surprise.
