The beds are little too soft for elderly, however the rest is perfect. There are drinks provided at hotel lobby too. We had a wonderful trip there to stay at Far East Village Hotel.

Stayed for business. Very clean, had good sleep. Did not bother me but some noise of train passage can be heard at times. Relatively close to a train station. Not that loud. Good place overall.

Stuff are very helpful and nice. Room was small and carpet needs to be clean other than that everything was good. It's super convenient location, we would stay again.

The train will wake you up early and keep you up late. I was already on 11th floor. Can’t imagine being lower.

The hotel is in a really good location - very close to a train station, lots of good restaurants, and all of the major tourist areas. The staff were very hospitable and the room was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here when in Yokohama.

This is an excellent hotel. Everything was great. Checkーout was at 11 and not at 12 as the Expedia website said. Breakfast was not available for purchase because it was sold out\ completely booked in advance.

The place is clean and all good, but: The handles on the windows are removed, and the building is not set up for intern air circulation. It has ZERO air inflow into the rooms except for a tiny fan in the bathroom. The air in the rooms is thus bad and super dry. And to clean the air in the rooms they add an Air-Dehumifyer you can turn on. None of this brings any fresh air into the rooms and would just dry out the air more. I had slight nose bleedings after three days in that hotel. Also, there is a big sign on the bathroom door telling the guest NOT TO LEAVE THE BATHROOM DOOR OPEN. But the staff try to convince you to leave the bathroom door open to get some fresh air into the rooms. Also, the staff and manager were unwilling g to give you the unmounted handle on the windows so you could actually get some fresh air into the rooms. An air-conditioner built in also only dehumidifies air and it does not add any outside air into the room, it circulates air only. I would not recommend going there at all if your health matters to you.

The hotel was nice except for the noise from the train tracks. The staff was nice and accomodating and they provided free refreshments such as coffee, tea, water and juice. All the toiletries were available in the lobby for you to take back to your room. Good location that was a easy walk to train station, restaurants and malls.

Excelente location, 3 minutes away from train station. Above average customer service. Excellent western and Japanese breakfast. Bus few blocks away.

We chose this Hotel in Yokohama as it had good reviews and was close to the port for our cruise. The Far East Village Hotel did not disappoint, the Reception staff were always welcoming and very helpful. We hadn’t realised how small Japanese hotel rooms can be but it was very clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold choices. The hotel was walking distance to some lively evening views and plenty of restaurants.
