The hotel is very well located for the old town and beaches. The staff were all very friendly and gave some great recommendations for brunch spots, cocktail bars and restaurants.

Atari is a modern and outstanding hotel in the heart of the “casco viejo” (old town). Rooms are perfect. Highly designed. The location is very convenient for everything. Staff very kind and able to speak many languages. On the sixth floor there is a terrace with tables and chairs where you can bring an aperitif or dinner. On the ground floor the hotel has a high level connected restaurant. The exceptional things about this hotel are four. Really beautiful and very comfortable rooms. An exceptional breakfast. The location in the heart of the historic center. The soundproofing of the rooms. When you open the window in the summer, it feels like you are in a disco from the noise. When you close it, total silence.

Great location in the heart of San Sebastián’s old town. Walking distance to everything. Hotel is trendy and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. Air conditioning very effective. If not European, keep in mind there are no USB outlets in the rooms so you might need multiple converters or one that has a USB port on it.

Great service, beautiful room. Would mention that it’s next to a church which has bells that go every 15 minutes during the day so probably not suitable for people with young children. Very comfortable bed

It was very nice!! Amazing location right in old town next to the church that is the main attraction in old town. It does get a little loud in that area so just know that but it honestly didn’t bother us. My only qualm was the towels were a little rough and the towel warmer didn’t work in our room but other than that it was perfect! The staff was great, too :) Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was absolutely worth it. Only downside was how far from parking it was but the view to and from the garage was beautiful so it made the walk enjoyable.

So much potential on this property, but poorly executed in terms of the hotel installation, operation and staff support. Let me start with the fact that the hotel is a great but busy area that is pedestrians-only, so you would think that the hotel would have staff to help out with the bags - nope. Then the rooms, they are tiny and def not reflective of the price, then you have the AC issue (there is regulation that it cannot go below a certain temp, but it is definitely not working properly and it constantly feels incredibly hot, which teases me to the last point. -you have to open the doors of the balcony to get some air, the problem is the noisy area up to 2-3 am, and then the early trash crew picking up at 7am!! We moved to a diff hotel the immediate day as these issues are unbearable. Staff was not helpful at the beginning (sort of well this is the way it is), although the manager agreed to refund the remaining cost of the nights we booked given we were moving hotels, so that was positive. Beautiful area but not convention from the noise / AC and access perspective .

Small room, decorated in dark colors which seemed to be the theme throughout the hotel, giving it a somewhat opppresive atmosphere. Very limited communal lounge/bar. Lacking in decent storage, bedside tables hardly big enough for a book and a glass of water. Bathroom/ shower room painted black throughout including floor and fittings. Small shelf around basin, very little room to stand toiletries etc. Limited hooks, wardrobe small and incorporating coffee making machine, safe and small fridge. Floor black painted concrete, cracked and scuffed. Only plus was comfortable bed, linens and towels changed every day which seemed excessive and not environmentally friendly. Breakfast disappointing, more Patxos, little choice. Location very central in the Old Town, crowded bars etc., most nights, easy to walk around the city and port.
