We were pleasantly Surprised. It’s unusual in Thailand to find a hotel or condo block that is better than you expect and still good value for money. Suite was in good clean condition with nice extras like dressing gowns and slippers.

Loved the location and the sea views right next door to the Golf Course with views and the pool grounds only 300m from the white sand beach with heeps of resturants

Clean, far from department store. Near the beach (500 m.). Good location if you have a private car. Easily for check-in but there are a little terrible for check-out.

Top address for a few nights stay. The only thing which wasn’t as good was that the sofa was dirty with stains and should be cleaned, other then that we are happy to return when back.

Lovely clean small condo. Comfy bed with lovely linens. All cooking facilities if that is what takes your fancy. Several local restaurants massage places and loads of mini marts within walking distance. Little distance from town, but that made it super quiet. Short stroll to beach with plenty of little eateries and bars. Very close to ferry from Pattaya. Great shower. We hired a motorbike for 200 baht/day which made getting around really easy. The gym was small but adequate and pool was AMAZEBALLS!

At the very outer edge of the city. Walking distance to beach, and few restaurants and convenient stores. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent worth for money.

Very new apartments, not a hotel in that way, more like services apartments if you do not need the typical hotel amenities, this is a ,very nice place to stay. be aware this is all the way and the end of kao takiab, so you need wheels to get anywhere ..

I have reviewed this hotel with TripAdvisor but in a nutshell, it was a wonderful apartment which had everything you needed for a perfect stay on the downside, the gym was very small with little equipment,although close to the sea the area was a little far from the main area

I have stayed pretty much all of their different location. They are very service oriented. I have enjoyed all different types of room and studio's they offer. Privacy, location, accessabitlity just perfect.
