We were directed to another building entirely, so all the nice pictures of the hotel were not applicable to our accomodation. The apartment was clean and functional, but the bathroom was quite worn and outdated. The street was extremely noisy - particularily in the early morning... Breakfast was served in the main building. It was however very plain and limited. The stay was therefore a bit disappointing.

It works, no unresolved complaints, nothing fancy. Practical rooms, good beds, no noise. Reservation for parking worked however no parking lots free for us at arrival! E-charging is way to expensive, use Tesla charger in Kliplev!

Very enjoyable 4 days. Street noise at night but that was after a fair.

Coded entry and room door system unusual but worked well. Unmanned reception, all information via the online guestbook. Not simple to ask for extras e.g. pillow. Would be perfect if tea/coffee making facilities in room. Fridge would be good for keeping drinks chilled.

I did a late booking because I knew the hotel. I did not get any link/sms with pin etc and the contact to customerservice was complicated - took 40 min to get all solved just before midnight I was installed in a different building from before, and the information was extremely poor. There was a terrible smell in the building and the quality of the room was way lower than expected. Last, there was no code for getting in to the building the following morning for breakfast Not a good experience, and I am not going there again, even it’s a good location for me 1-2 nights a week I am very satisfied with hotels.com 👍

Good basic hotel in a nice central location in Gråsten. I was generally satisfied. The room was very small though. There was minimum floor space for luggage and it was very har to pass between the bed and the cupboard. But apart from that I was very satisfied and would stay there again. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, - I wish I could spend days and weeks there and Graasten - small, rurban and beautiful.

Great stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and perfect for a family four. The town around is quite small and we stayed on a Sunday night meaning there weren’t many options open for dinner, but we were able to find a pizzeria right across the square. We would definitely stay again!
