Overall it was a good stay for our overnights visit. The remote control to the TV was broken and the front desk could not replace it but taped it together to be able to use. All the USB outlets did not work. They appeared broken. So charging my phone was impossible.

First the cons - train tracks right behind the property with a very loud train in the middle of the night, the water pressure & hot water on the 3rd floor was pretty low, I requested both rooms on the same floor and was told that could not happen, the hallways and room smelled strongly of cleaners and the shower could have been cleaner. All pretty minor items overall.
Now the positives - comfortable bed, good AC unit that did not cycle on and off all night and was very quite, rooms were spacious, public areas were clean, security was patrolling the parking lot regularly, nice size bathroom and staff was kind.

I got this hotel for five nights at the very last minute and it was great. It was clean and safe. The breakfast was good and had enough options for someone who likes variety.
It was conviently located to the Arboretum. My only complaint was that there were no restaurants within walking distance. The surrounding area is being developed, so I expect the next time I go there will be more businesses.

The beds were comfortable, but the breakfast was disappointing. They didn't have biscuits and gravy or cinnamon rolls, and they were out of yogurt and snacks that are usually available in the fridge. We chose this hotel for the breakfast, so this was a letdown. The pool was dirty, and there was a noticeable amount of body hair in the bathroom. The AC was disconnected, but my husband managed to reconnect it. Also, the shower curtain didn't even reach the tub, which was quite odd.

Me and my husband have staying at Holiday Inn for the past three years when we arrive to Dallas every month for a business trip that is our favorite place to stay. The breakfast is amazing different options. The rooms are clean. The parking lot is safe. The staff is amazing.

It was a little uneasy at first sight. There were homeless people lying around the front upon check in. There was a lot of construction and trucking… the pool was nice, but very cold. The guests were a little disruptive and rowdy around 2am, but other than that. It served its purpose.

The hotel was not what I was expecting based on reviews I had read. First off, my friend was giving a room that was already occupied. They walked in to find someone else’s stuff in the room. Fortunately, I got an unoccupied room (haha). The room was okay, but the bathtub looked nasty. Not sure that it was necessarily dirty, but there was something wrong with the floor of the tub that made it unappealing for a bath. There were stains on the carpet, and the cover for the ironing board had absolutely NO padding.
The hotel sits right on a major roadway; however, there was nothing around for dinner. They have a a few items for sale, but I refused to pay $4.00 for a small bag of chips. I ended up at a gas station a few blocks away, that had bars on the windows & doors.
The breakfast was less than stellar. Powdered eggs, dry biscuits & sausage patties that I refused to try based on how they looked. They had a pancake maker, but I’m not sure it even worked. Never saw anyone try to use it.
I doubt I would select this hotel again.

This location is well below standards for a Holiday Inn Express. I think the overflowing trash can at the lobby entry with trash pouring over onto the sidewalk that sat there untouched for two days during our stay is indicative of the rest of this hotel and our experience there. The place is unkept and filthy, period.

Kinda shabby. Needs updating. Towels clean but dingy. No housekeeper over night. The hotel is not in a very attractive area. The breakfast is great! The guy preparing the food was so nice and kind.
