Overall I love the property. Everything was great. My only issue was my water in the bathroom sink the pressure was very low. I would still choose this hotel again.

Breakfast was varied each morning which was nice. Only compliant is that there was no hot chocolate or flavored creamers for my coffee. Half/half and sugar just doesn't cut is.

We were close to the side entry and it was slamming all day / night. Need to put a soft close for the door.

Toilet ran unless the handle was violently lifted after flushing. The ceiling fan made a ticking sound all night.
TV is hard to use. Room was too far from elevator.

Overall, our stay at Springhill Suites was wonderful. From the front desk staff to the sanitary and maintenance personnel we interacted with, every employee was extremely kind and professional.
Our room was quiet and in mostly good condition, but the one area of dissatisfaction was the cleanliness and condition of the trundle bed. It was honestly filthy and in need of either a deep cleaning or replacement.
I would recommend this property in the future. If the trundle bed was clean, I’d give our stay a 10/10.

We love the rooms. But... the only thing i wish they would work on is the lighting in the bathrooms. If you’re someone that wears make-up. Best to set up by the window.

The beds and pillows were comfy for my pregnant self. I loved the blackout curtains and plan to get some like that for my room lol. The bathroom was clean but the tub drain would not stay elevated to drain completely. This was not a make it or break it thing for us but I did alert the front desk. The staff was very friendly as well.
