I stayed for 6 days, but there was no hot water for 2 days, and the plumbing was so old that rust was coming out. I have visited this area many times for business, but this was the worst, and if I visit this area again next time, I will definitely choose this place as my last choice when other hotels are unavailable.

Self check in went horribly wrong. Property did not email the security code to enter the building. Called the “emergency” contact number, no answer! Waited outside the building until a helpful young man staying at the property alerted the housekeeping of our problem. Maria came down, verified we were legitimate and let us in. Took awhile to get access code and key to room, but Maria was very professional and resolved the matter. Maria gets the 5 stars!
