Easy place to stay. Room was small but clean. Comfortable bed. Lovely views but needed curtains closed mostly. Hallways etc a bit tired , probably slowly being renovated. Close to good cafes etc.

Changed our booking from an apartment in the suburbs to this hotel to be more central to the CBD. Bad decision from the start. Could not park the car in the street so I had to block the narrow driveway for 10 minutes while checking in as I needed the key card to raise the barrier into the carpark...stupid setup for a city hotel reception. We then found out that the hotel was hosting a secondary school trip and there were dozens of year 9 children running up and down corridors, lifts, slamming door and jumping on furniture. Got no sleep that night, but fortunately they left in the morning. The spa bath had hair stuck to the sides, there was no hot water for the entire two days, and there were lolly wrappers under the bed and chairs, so it obviously hadn't been cleaned before our stay. Hotel was very tired and looked like it needed a good dose of TLC and paint. Only positive was a lovely girl (Michelle) on the reception desk. Would rate this as a 2 star hotel based on our experience.

The hotel room was great, clean, spacious, perfect to come back to after a long day at the conference. The bed was comfortable, clean sheets. Bathroom clean, the temperature control was nice on more chillier nights. The shower was also spotless but I could have used slightly hotter water. The room is not serviced daily but that did not bother me. The view out of the window was not great, but everyone cannot have great views, luck of the draw as I didn't specify I wanted nice views. Staff at counter were very helpful, polite and friendly. Overall would definitely recommend staying at Allurity.

Place was dirty, there were massive creeps staying in the building that knocked on our door and said they were room service, felt really unsafe and was not clean at all!! There were MD caps in the coffee cups and cigarette filters all over the room so it clearly wasn’t cleaned before we came in. We ended up getting a hotel around the corner because we felt so unsafe.

The rooms weren’t really anything like the photos online. Every time I tried ringing the hotel, it rang out and I heard several other people complaining about the same issue. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

I like that the hotel is in a convenient location close to all the interesting sites in Hobart. I didn't like how thin & flimsy the toilet paper was.

Such wonderful staff, a dedicated park out the back of hotel (that does cost an extra amount but hey it’s city centre and street floor) give me that rather than 5 or 6 on multi-storey parking. Rooms run down but fine for just for a night or 2 to access the Royal Hobart hospital.
Lots of eating places near by as with chemist and supermarket.

Such wonderful staff, a dedicated park out the back of hotel (that does cost an extra amount but hey it’s city centre and street floor) give me that rather than 5 or 6 on multi-storey parking. Rooms run down but fine for just for a night or 2 to access the Royal Hobart hospital.

The hot water was luke warm with low water pressure.The standard rooms are low ceiling and too small.The bigger rooms are basic and all white with no decoration or atmosphere. Not appealing at all. The only positive is central location. I have stayed in Hobart hotels every year since 2007 and would not book Allurity again

I stayed at Allurity Hotel for the first time. This property is ideally situated for people wishing to be able to walk to Royal Hobart Hospital or Hobart Private Hospital for visiting or admission. The main shopping mall is close by and there are many options for dining out. The staff provided a map identifying a wide varieties of restaurants within walking distance. I am very happy to recommend this hotel that is reasonably priced. It is also situated within walking distance of the Hobart wharves museums, and other places of interest.

Our stay at Allurity Hotel was perfect, with the location very convenient for accessing the best Hobart has to offer. More than anything else though, the front desk staff were amazing! We had a complex booking, and the staff went above and beyond to sort everything out for us, and made us feel welcome and supported. We couldn't have asked for better service.
