Nice tidy rooms and comfortable beds, air conditioning works well. Decent food at the bar. On site motorbike rental is very convenient. Helpful staff. Nice stay overall, would recommend.

This hotel was one of our favourites on our trip around Thailand. It was modern and extremely clean, the rooms were large and comfortable and the pool area was stunning. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, carrying our bags to our room and providing a free lift down to the pier when leaving. We extended our stay on the first night as we never wanted to leave. Location is fab, just a 5/10 minute walk down to the main restaurants/bars/beach. Would recommend to anyone staying in Koh Tao.

This hotel was one of our favourites on our trip around Thailand. It was modern and extremely clean, the rooms were large and comfortable and the pool area was stunning. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, carrying our bags to our room and providing a free lift down to the pier when leaving. We extended our stay on the first night as we never wanted to leave. Good for the price. Friendly, helpful staff. Just thought It’s important to note when you check in you get charged a 500 baht key deposit. Obviously you get it back at check out if there’s no damage/loss of the key however as we were travelling on a budget and didn’t expect this cost we had to re-budget

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, beautiful pool and gardens. Good wifi, warm water showers, close to shops/restaurants. Stayed here a year ago, nothing has dated. Would definitely stay again

Always hot water, they cleaned everyday during the hours we were out and during our 3 day stay they changed sheets and towels twice (which they told us they'd do ahead of time).

Wonderful hotel, wonderful Island. Nice, big modern and very clean rooms. It’s walking distance to Sairee Beach, which makes it a great place to stay if one prefers a more low-key location, but still near to restaurants, bars, shops or diving schools.

Staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and professional. Close enough to walk to restaurants and still peaceful at night. My only complaint is the beds and pillow were super firm.

Only allowed 1 key card. Cannot change your towels for 2 days and the maid busted into our room without knocking to clean it at 9 am. Not impressed.

Chaantalay Hotel is fresh, clean and in great spot. The pool area is great. Staff is friendly and helpful - they even came to check our room at 5 am when we had to leave early for the ferry.
