The Visitors Inn is a clean, modern, well-maintained hotel. The rooms are big, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I always enjoy staying here when I visit Hamilton

Enjoyed our stay. Easy included on site parking. Easy checkin, appreciate that there was always someone at reception. Indoor pool area had easy access and pool hours during our stay was 6am to 11pm. Appreciated the 2pm check-in, this being one of factors in selecting this hotel. Comfortable bed. Great cotton linens and towels. Included room wifi was good.

While the outside of this hotel looks older the inside is updated, clean and very well maintained so don't let the outside fool you. We were so happy with the cleanliness of this hotel and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We arrived couple of hours before check in time on a Saturday and still was able to find us two rooms. Comfortable, clean, quiet didn’t get a chance to go in the pool but it looked very clean water. Anytime I’m in Hamilton Canada this where I’ll stay definitely most recommend.

We arrived before check-in time but were given access to our room early. This was much appreciated as we had limited time to dress for a wedding we were to attend. Thanks so much!

Great location, very clean, friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The food at the on-site restaurant was fantastic as well, very convenient.

But when I returned from the event I was attending (with no food or drink) I was disappointed to find that at 10pm I could not get a drink - the restaurant closed at 9pm. Also, for the breakfast, i ordered the fruit bowl, which i did not like because of a large sprig of grapes (i never eat), and the strange and unhealthy mixture of rasperries (good), melon and orange slices.

This property is old but has been very well updated.
The pool, sauna and hot tub were very clean and spacious with lots of room. We greatly enjoyed the pool hot tub and sauna.
It has fairly easy access to the highway, and is in a good part of town part way between down town and westdale. Not right in the middle of either, but a short drive or cab ride to great places in Hamilton.
The only thing I would have changed is that hallways are very dimly lit for ambiance. I would really prefer better lighting in the hallways.
