The property was close to the malecon. It was easy walking to the capitol building and the square. Stayed 2 nights at this casa and we had no water or electricity for a portion. It’s Cuba! They did have wifi from 11am to 3 am daily. Breakfast was great and the coffee was good. Basic casa, it had a fridge and air conditioner.

Friendly owners. Internet available (not that common in Cuba). Good AC. Slight error of overbooking first night but we were accommodated at a nearby casa particular.

The property is clean, situated near the center of the city. The sea is 100 meters away. The family own guest house is a jewel for travelers wanting to spend a few days in La Habana.

I had to climb a floor and a half to get to the main floor and another floor of stairs to get to my room. Sometimes not water to clean up.

Beautiful casa, esp the titles in toilet and staircase. WiFi could be stronger. But can see they try hard to make it work.

Armando are running this establishment. It’s a family driven apartment hotel, they are very friendly and easy going. If you have any questions or need anything just talk to Armando and he will help you. Also, it’s a good way to get a little bit of insight how Cubans have it in Havana, they neighborhood feel secure but all of Havana does.
