Everything is good but sound proofing is poor,whole night cannot sleep,sound come from upstairs, children running around,stomping upstairs,door closing and opening sound, car driving sound,if u are light sleepers, u cannot make it for a night

The hotel is very nice, on the ideal place in the city center. Room was modern and comfortable. Also the hotel staff was very helpfull.

The hotel was amazing and the choice at breakfast was brilliant. The location was also perfect as was central to pretty much everything we wanted to see. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the castle.

Great location in the heart of the city. Was very walkable to all the major attractions. Quiet and very clean with friendly staff. Complementary breakfast was a bonus

Staff has to step up with Their service, especial in reception and at breakfast. They need at breakfast to learn to give a smile and not look at you like “What do you want?”. In reception not willing to help when a problem needed to be solved. In general most in lack of speaking English.
