Suite rooms very comfortable. Loved the space, they should add a microwave. Coffee was excellent!

Reception refuse to speak English even thought he knows and is expected as mentioned in the booking says enough about their attitude!! Also no manager at the hotel when asked for it!

Beds are very comfortable, suites are super nice they are missing a microwave, the complementary coffee was real good. Small cosmetics issues, that even the high end hotels have. Budget friendly.

I did not like the quality of the bath towels, two days before departure they provided softer cleaner towels.

Great hotel! Employees are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable, internet is great, landscaping and pool is phenomal, restaurant is delicious, and area is quiet. As an added perk there is a beautiful Peacock that enjoys hanging out with the gardener.

The staff was great very helpful. They have a breakfast buffet everyday if you don’t get a table early you will have to leave the hotel for your meal. Overall our stay was good and the area is very walkable, which helped in making our stay more enjoyable.

Hotel is off main thoroughfares so was quiet. We still had very easy access to Paseo de Montego with an easy two minute walk. Paseo 60 was a short walk away for several excellent restaurants. Hotel itself was immaculate! Very clean top to bottom with a stunning courtyard and pool area. From the gentleman at front door to front desk to the ladies that clean the room, the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. As i am fluent in Spanish, i cannot talk to their level of another language, but while i was in hotel, i meet people from France, Brasil, and Germany there so the place does have a great reputation in other countries. I will stay here again next time i come to Merida. Side note, also ample parking if you drive or rent a car.

Very nice hotel. Ice only available when bar is open which is hardly ever. Front desk not very willing to help.

This hotel fulfilled my lodging needs to a T! I wanted two large, comfortable beds—and I got it. I wanted a separate dining area for quick meals and snacks—and I got it. I wanted air conditioning that worked reliably—and I got it. I wanted a clean, modern hotel with a restaurant, pool, and fitness machines, that was convenient to the Paseo de Montejo, …with charming peacocks—and I got it!
