I stayed at The Golden Art for 6nights, check in was swift and staff gave me a good run down of local places to visit, gave me a local map with places of interest on which was invaluable. The hotel is hidden just off the busier roads so is quieter on a night. The room itself was spacious, bathroom was more than adequate, the beds were so comfortable. Honestly, staff could not have been more helpful, from laundry to arranging a shuttle to the airport at 4am
Highly recommended and amazing value for money.
Hopefully i will be returning next year, and will definitely rebook here…

Friendly and warm staff, check in was a breeze and also orientated us with the nearby walkable eateries on a map. Welcome drink was also refreshing ! Nice !

Our stay at the golden art hotel was wonderful the staff was amazing and so helpful giving us recommendations for places to eat etc.. only real down side was since it’s on such a narrow street cars cannot get some so meeting our cabs was a little difficult but overall was amazing and such a great location for walking around .

This place is in the heart of the old town area. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They helped me with organizing tours for sapa and HaLong bay as well. Highly recommend!

Good location with many eating places near by, easy to walk to to main attractions from here or otherwise get the Grab. Friendly staff, Jasmine the reception person was helpful, room was comfortable and had good breakfast in the morning.

Typical Han-oi style hotel.
Room wasn't ready at 1600hrs which was disappointing but other wise clean and effective hotel.

Nice place to stay! Watch out for the tiny steps in the rooms... caught one of us out!

I reached out to the hotel on Expedia chat for an airport pickup and they promptly responded thru email and arranged the pickup and drop off for roughly $18 and $13 respectively. The had plently of suggestions for tours and Jasmine regularly checked in with us. She was great. The old quarter is a great place to shop and eat. We'll be going back to stay longer for multi-day tours and explore north and south of Hanoi.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is right in the center of the old quarter, within walking distance of the major sights of Hanoi. The room was quiet and clean, the bed and shower were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. We would stay here again when in Hanoi!
