Solid 4-star. No turn down service and little dated Gold floor didn’t have its own check in - have to check in with everyone else. Gold floor itself was great once I got there. The italian restaurant downstairs was terrific.

The staff was amazing and the Gold experience was phenomenal. Every staff member provided excellent services and even went above and beyond to make clients happy! Will definitely be returning for this experience! We used the gym, which was kept clean and restocked for towels, etc. We used the pool and hot tub one day but it would have been great if there was pool side service.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with 5 star service that continued for the entire trip (which ended up being much longer than anticipated). Special thanks to: Janice at the front, Nature and her Manager at the front, and the staff throughout the hotel including restaurants. Honorable mention to Sarah in the Gold lounge. Sarah, was INCREDIBLE. She was beyond supportive, a go-to who helped with a smile, held real knowledge on the area, and someone who truly understands what it means to be excellent at your job! The bed in my room was amazing, and the spa did not disappoint. In fact, I think the massage I had at the spa might've been the best one I've ever had.

I had a great stay at the Fairmont. Sarah at the Gold Reception desk for truly amazing! She took great care to make sure I am comfortable and helped with my plan to explore Austin. All in all, had a great experience at this hotel.

Janice at the front desk was a rockstar! She gave us her favorite room and it made the trip a knock out of the park moment.

The gold experience was perfect for a short staycation. Loved pool time and our access to espresso, water, and canape in the lounge. Everyone was so friendly. We will come back.

Our family had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a hiccup with the valet. One of valet left our car's accessories button on and the battery was drained. Luckily we had a jumper pack and got it started. Despite the inconvenience we had a really great ti.e and would be back.

The Fairmont Austin is a wonderful hotel. I recommend upgrading to the Gold experience which comes with many perks including breakfast, snacks and a private lounge. Great location for business and vacations.
