Our stay was perfect at Radisson Red.
We stayed only for a night but the room was spacious, breakfast spread was very good.
Vijay Rana at service in Restaurant was outstanding in service and hospitality.
Mattress in the room was too soft which is not very good for the back of all age groups.
Rest everything was excellent.

I had opted for a twin bed while making the booking on hotels.com. I was provided with 1 single bed and was told that it what you have opted for. When showed the booking - my family was told that they had a big group who just checked in and so they cannot accommodate. After lot of back and forth the room was changed to the one with 2 twin beds and one extra bed. I did mention while boking that there will be 3 guests - still the towels on the first day were not sufficient for 3 people.

This has been my favourite hotel stay yet! The hospitality was exceptional, the food was incredible, the room spacious, chic, and super comfortable! But the highlight was definitely the team who took care of every detail and treated us like VIPs! I highly recommend and I hope to return!
